Billy has been a cornerstone of the Radiance Medspa team since February 2009 — and one of the most trusted Master Aestheticians serving Fairfax, Reston, McLean, Vienna, Tysons, and the greater Northern Virginia area.

Her path to aesthetics is anything but ordinary. Before attending Yvonne de Vilar Scientific Skincare School, Billy spent a decade in in-home nursing and hospice care. That foundation of compassion and patient-centered focus shapes every client interaction she has to this day.
