Mia’s love for beauty started early. As a teenager, she became the go-to among friends for hair and makeup before homecoming, prom, and other special events. So, when she was looking for a summer job during her senior year of high school, joining the Radiance Medspa team was a natural fit.
 

Mia joined Radiance in 2023 and quickly made an impact, helping transition the practice from paper charts to a fully electronic system. Along the way, she gained valuable experience in the medspa industry and became one of the familiar, friendly faces welcoming clients at the front desk.

Outside of Radiance, Mia is a full-time student at James Madison University studying Business. When she’s not working or studying, she enjoys working out, spending time with friends and family, attending football games, and cheering on her younger brother at his baseball games.
