Massage Therapy

Swedish - Designed for overall relaxation and stress relief, this massage utilizes long, flowing strokes and moderate pressure. This is the most common and basic form of massage- always a safe choice for first-time massage recipients or gift certificates.

Deep Tissue - This massage is intended for those with persistent pain, stiffness, or "knots". Deeper, focused pressure is used to increase circulation and flush out toxins from tight muscles.

Hot Stone - smooth warmed river rocks are placed on the client's body as well as held in the therapist's hands. The addition of heat to the long, smooth strokes and moderate pressure helps to relax tired muscles and leave the client with a feeling of deep warmth throughout the body.

Prenatal - the ultimate treat for the "mommy-to-be"! A combination of side-lying and reclined positioning is used to alleviate strain on the client and provide the most comfortable experience possible. This is a full body massage, but allows for a focus on lower back, hips, and any other aches and pains associated with pregnancy. Appropriate for all stages of low-risk pregnancy.

Reflexology - based on the ancient theory that every organ in the body has a corresponding "reflex" area in the foot. Offered in a 25 or 50 minute session, this foot treatment promotes balance throughout the whole body. Clients often report a sense of extreme relaxation immediately after their session.

Signature Combination Massage - This 90 minute treatment incorporates both hot stone therapy to warm and relax the muscles, and deep tissue massage to work out areas of tension.

Body Balancing Massage - a 60 minute Swedish massage incorporating a purifying blend of patchouli, sage, peppermint and tea tree oils. This treatment concludes with a 30 minute reflexology session to bring the whole body into balance.

Deep Tissue Laser Massage - Instead of the therapists hands, this treatment uses an FDA approved Triactive laser. This Triactive laser uses laser, suction, and contact cooling to increase circulation, flush the body of toxins, and reduce swelling without the discomfort associated with traditional deep tissue massage. This is an ideal treatment for muscle aches after an intense workout.
